Availability of Seats and Fares

Availability of seats and fares is indicative and can only be confirmed upon payment confirmation.

Ticket is Non-Changeable and Non-Refundable

Deposits are non-refundable and serve to hold the seat only (not the fare). If there is a fare difference at the time of final payment, it will be charged accordingly.
As a travel agency, we only provide flight tickets and hotel bookings. CheapOFlight does not take responsibility for ensuring passengers hold valid travel documents. We strongly recommend consulting the relevant consulates for issues related to transit or other visas.

General Procedures for Complaints

If you experience an issue during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g., your hotel) immediately. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact us promptly via email or phone. Delayed notification may hinder our ability to investigate and rectify the issue during your trip, which could affect your rights under this agreement.

Refund Policy and Procedures

We understand that changes may occur out of necessity. Refunds may be possible if the ticket or service purchased includes refundable terms. Refund requests are subject to the ticketed fare rules, and charges or penalties may apply.
Refunds are processed through the respective airlines. CheapOFlight has no control over the airlines’ refund process, procedures, or duration. Refunds will only be issued once the airline has completed their process and our accounts have been credited.

• Allow at least 21 working days for updates regarding refund requests.
• efunds for eligible tickets purchased with cash or checks are processed within 30 business days from when the request is initiated.
• For services requiring deposits made to third-party suppliers, refunds follow the suppliers’ policies and may take 10-21 working days to process.

Cancellation Policy

If we withdraw or terminate a product or service, we will notify you immediately, including the reason for the withdrawal.
If you request a change to your travel arrangements and it is permitted, our standard service fees will apply, in addition to any supplier charges. Please contact us via phone or email to request changes. All reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms of the purchased product.

Important Notice Regarding Airline Reservations

If you arrive at an airline ticket or check-in counter with a confirmed ticket but the airline shows no reservation for you, do not leave the counter. Check your ticket status. If the ticket indicates "OK" for the flight in question, airline policies generally require them to:

• Accommodate you on the flight, or
• Arrange an alternative flight, or
• Provide denied boarding compensation.

If needed, request to speak with a supervisor.

Your Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

By booking with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and any additional supplier terms that apply to your booking, travel arrangements, or use of website content.

You agree, on behalf of yourself and those you represent, to:

Comply with all applicable terms and conditions, including timely payment of all amounts due.

Acknowledge that violations of these terms may result in:

(a) Cancellation of your reservation or purchase,
(b) Forfeiture of monies paid,
(c) Denial of access to travel products or services, and
(d) Additional costs being charged to your account.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are of legal age to use our services and create binding legal obligations.
(b) You are authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms on their behalf.
(c) All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

You understand and agree that you are financially responsible for the use of our services by you or those acting on your behalf.
